Pad Kao is a traditional Thai-style fried rice recipe typical of central Thailand.

Bone Suckin' Pad Kao
 1 tbsp Olive Oil
 1 Garlic Clove
 1 Egg
 ½ cup White Meat Chickenblanched
 ¼ cup Peas and Carrots Mix
 ¼ cup White Onionsliced
 2 cups Jasmine Ricecooked
 ¼ cup Raisins
 ¼ cup Cashews
 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
 ½ cup Cucumbersthinly sliced for garnish

Saute the garlic in olive oil over medium heat until it is just translucent, then add the egg and scramble until the egg is fully cooked.

Add the blanched chicken, peas and carrots. Mix with the egg until fully incorporated.

Turn the heat up to high and then add the onion, raisins, cashews, rice and Bone Suckin’® Steak Seasoning & Rub. Stir all of the ingredients together until they are fully mixed.

Add the soy sauce and stir all of the ingredients together. Taste and adjust the seasonings as appropriate. Remove from heat. Garnish with cucumbers and serve immediately
