1 cup Mayo
2 Chipotle Peppers in 1 Tbsp of Adobo sauce
1 tbsp Fine Celery
1 tbsp Onion
2 tbsp Green Onion
2 Small Cornichons
1 pinch Salt and Pepper
Lemon Juice, Half a Lemon

Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve with pulled pork. Enjoy!
