Asian Coleslaw is a new twist on traditional coleslaw salad recipes!

 ¾ cup Rice Wine Vinegar
 ½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 1 tsp Lemon Juice
 ½ tsp Grated Ginger
 2 tsp Mayonnaiseoptional
 2 tsp Sugar
 ½ Red Cabbage Headsliced thinly
 ½ Nappa Cabbage Headsliced thinly
 1 Cucumberslivered and cut in half
 ½ cup Carrotsshredded
 1 Shallotsliced thinly
 ½ cup Red Peppersliced thinly
 ¼ cup Toasted Sesameoptional
 4 cups Fire Dancer Peanutsoptional

Make the dressing by combining Bone Suckin’® Sweet Spicy Mustard, Bone Suckin’® Yaki®, 1 tsp., rice wine vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, ginger and mayonnaise (if desired) in a food processor. While blending, slowly pour olive oil into the food processor.

Combine cabbages, cucumber, carrots, red pepper and shallots. Just before serving, pour the dressing over the slaw and toss thoroughly. Enjoy!
