Bring a large pot of water to a boil over high heat. Add the potatoes and cook for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the bacon to skillet and cook for 5 minutes.
Add garlic to the skillet with bacon, stir and cook for 1 minute.
Sprinkle Bone Suckin’® Chicken Seasoning & Rub over the bacon and garlic. Add in the red bell pepper and onions, stir and cook for 2 minutes.
