Ingredients: 1 tbsp Bone Suckin’® Hiccuppin’ Hot® Habanero Sauce; 6 Eggs; 1 Scallions; 2 tsp Rice Wine Vinegar; 1 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil; ½ cup Mayonnaise; 2 tsp Sesame Seed; 2 oz Goat Cheese

Bone Suckin’® Egg Salad is the best egg salad recipe !

1 tbsp Bone Suckin’® Hiccuppin’ Hot® Habanero Sauce

6 Eggs boiled and chopped finely

1 Scallions chopped finely

2 tsp Rice Wine Vinegar

1 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil

½ cup Mayonnaise

2 tsp Sesame Seed toasted

2 oz Goat Cheese (optional)

Combine all of the above ingredients well. This is a spicy egg salad and the goat cheese mellows it out a bit and gives it tang! Recipe serves 4 to 6. Enjoy!
