 ½ cup Tahini(sesame paste)
1 cup Water(maybe more for easier blending)
 ¼ cup Lemon Juice
 2 tsp Garlicminced
 ½ tsp Sea Salt

 Salt and Pepperto taste
2 tsp Fresh Parsleyfinely chopped for garnish
1

In a blender combine all of the ingredients except the Parsley, which will be used for a garnish.

2

Blend on a low speed until it is creamy smooth. It is best to put the most liquid ingredients in first, ending with the Chickpeas, this will make it easier for blending. If the mixture is too dry or too hard to blend, add more water, this will make the blending easier.
