This Vidalia Relish recipe makes a great side dish for summer picnics. Excellent on Fried Green Tomatoes!

In a medium bowl, combine Bone Suckin’® Hiccuppin’ Hot® Habanero Sauce, mayonnaise and rice wine vinegar. Stir in cucumbers, onions and chives.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before cooking food.
Serve with Fried Green Tomatoes. Enjoy!
