 3 lbs Top Round Beef (have your butcher slice 1/8 inch thin)

Cut the beef in 3 inch portions

Cover the meat with Bone Suckin’ Sauce® and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.

Preheat dehydrator to 160° F.

Place the meat on dehydrator racks.

Cook for 5 hours or until done.
