This tasty pulled pork with mustard sauce recipe is great combined with slaw in sandwiches!

Place the pork butt in a slow cooker with water and cook on low for 6 hours.
While the pork is cooking, mix the first 7 ingredients together in a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Stir the ingredients well to combine. Set the sauce aside in the fridge, until the pork is done.
When the pork is done, pull the pork butt from the slow cooker and let it cool to the touch. This should take about 20 minutes.
Pull the meat from the pork, put in a glass bowl and discard any fat. Reheat the sauce and combine 1/2 of the sauce with the meat. Use the remaining sauce to drizzle over each serving of pork. Enjoy!
