Ingredients

  • Bone Suckin’® Sweet Spicy Mustard Sauce, 2/3 cup
  • Olive Oil, 2 Tbsp
  • Scallions, 3/4 cup
  • Brown Sugar, 1/3 cup
  • Apple Cider Vinegar, 2/3 cup
  • Molasses, 1/3 cup
  • Sea Salt, 1/2 tsp
  • Pork Butt, 3lbs
  • Water, 3 cups

Method

Step 1

Place the pork butt in a slow cooker with water and cook on low for 6 hours.

Step 2

While the pork is cooking, mix the first 7 ingredients together in a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Stir the ingredients well to combine. Set the sauce aside in the fridge, until the pork is done.

Step 3

When the pork is done, pull the pork butt from the slow cooker and let it cool to the touch. This should take about 20 minutes.

Step 4

Pull the meat from the pork, put in a glass bowl and discard any fat. Reheat the sauce and combine 1/2 of the sauce with the meat. Use the remaining sauce to drizzle over each serving of pork. Enjoy!
