Pad Kao is a traditional Thai-style fried rice recipe typical of central Thailand.

Saute the garlic in olive oil over medium heat until it is just translucent, then add the egg and scramble until the egg is fully cooked.
Add the blanched chicken, peas and carrots. Mix with the egg until fully incorporated.
Turn the heat up to high and then add the onion, raisins, cashews, rice and Bone Suckin’® Steak Seasoning & Rub. Stir all of the ingredients together until they are fully mixed.
Add the soy sauce and stir all of the ingredients together. Taste and adjust the seasonings as appropriate. Remove from heat. Garnish with cucumbers and serve immediately
