Bone Suckin’® Orzo Salad Recipe is a perfect side dish recipe!

For the Vinaigrette
 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
 1 Shallotfinely chopped
 1 Garlicfinely chopped
 ¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 ¼ cup Basilthinly sliced
 Sea Salt and Pepperto taste
For the Salad
 2 cups Orzocooked (follow directions on package)
 ½ pt Grape Tomatoescut in half
 2 cups Baby Spinach Leaves
 ½ cup Goat Cheesecrumbled
 ½ cup Pine Nutstoasted
 2 tbsp Fresh Flat Leaf Parsleythinly sliced
 2 tbsp Fresh Chiveschopped

For Orzo Salad Vinaigrette

Whisk together the vinegar, shallot, and garlic in a medium bowl to blend. Drizzle in the olive oil very slowly while whisking, until the ingredients are fully incorporated. Stir in the basil, Bone Suckin’® Seasoning & Rub and season with sea salt and pepper.

For the Orzo Salad

Toss the pasta, tomatoes, spinach, goat cheese, pine nuts and parsley in a large bowl with enough vinaigrette to coat. Season the salad with sea salt and pepper and sprinkle with chopped chives. Enjoy!
