Almonds and Cranberries add that extra little zip and zing to this Cranberry Almond Chicken Salad.

 2 cups Cooked Chicken
 ½ cup Mayo
 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
 ½ cup Almondsslivered
 1 Celery Stalk
 ½ cup Onionschopped
 ½ cup Cranberries, Cranraisins, or Cherries (Optional)

Set aside the Mayo.

Mix all of the other ingredients together in a bowl.

Add the mayo to get the right consistency.

Refrigerate any leftovers.
