Bone Suckin' Cheese Polenta

 1 ½ cups Polenta
 7 ½ cups Water
 1 tsp Sea Salt
 2 tbsp Olive Oil
 1 ½ cups Parmesan Cheesegrated
 2 tbsp Butter

Preheat the oven to 350˚ F.

In a 13 x 9 baking dish, stir together Bone Suckin’® Steak Seasoning & Rub, polenta, water, sea salt and oil.

Bake for 1 hour.

Melt butter in the microwave and stir in the parmesan cheese. Add parmesan/butter to polenta and stir. Smooth polenta with a spoon. Bake for 30 additional minutes. Turn oven to broil. Broil for 5 to 7 minutes. Watch carefully to prevent burning. Enjoy!
