If you combine Bone Suckin’® Cajun Seasoning & Rub with Bone Suckin’® Steak Seasoning & Rub and apply the mixture to some thinly sliced beef before you dehydrate it, the result will be very flavorful jerky!

Cut the beef into 3 inch portions.
Cover the meat with the rub mixture and marinate the meat overnight in the refrigerator.
Preheat dehydrator to 160° F.
Place the meat on the dehydrator racks.
Cook for 5 hours or until done.
