Bone Suckin’® Black Eyed Pea Salad is one of our healthy, colorful and tasty salad recipes.

2 Cans of Black Eyed Peasdrained and rinsed
1 Red Bell Pepperdiced
1 Orange Bell Pepperdiced
1 Yellow Bell Pepperdiced
2 cups White Corn (I prefer frozen, but canned may also be used)
1 Red Onionchopped
½ cup Olive Oil
Sea Salt and Pepperto taste

Mix all of the ingredients together and stir well. Cover and chill for 2 hrs. Serve cold as a side. Enjoy!
